BYD, the Chinese brand leading the global electric car market, unveils its latest novelty, the E2 Honor Edition, whose price defies all competition!
Available initially on the Chinese market, the e2 Honor Edition is the latest model as of BYD moved by a 70 kW motorization and an lithium ion battery giving it a autonomy of approximately 400 km.
This new feature also offers modern features, such as a rotating screen and an DiLink connectivityfor a price starting at around… 11,400 euros !

L'e2 Honor Editionthere new electric car from BYD is designed to provide accessible alternative to traditional gasoline vehicles. Its attractive price aims to encourage wider adoption of EVs in a market where demand for this type of vehicle is increasing.
In the same way as several major players in Europe such as Stellantis, Renault Or Volkswagenthe Chinese brand participates in more democratization of the electric car with smaller, city-type vehicles, for prices revised downwards, in order to better fit with consumers' wallets.
Equipped with a lithium-ion battery, the e2 Honor Edition offers a range of around 400 km. Among his features, we find the rotating screen, available in two sizes, DiLink connectivity and voice interaction systems, thus improving the user experience. A 8.8-inch LCD instrument cluster completes the whole.
BYD e2 Honor Edition (2024): good value for money
The e2 – which measures 4,260 m long, 1,760 m wide and 1,530 m high – is powered by an engine of power of 70 kW. In terms of design, we find distinctive elements such as a closed grille and slim headlights.
Prices range from 89,800 yuan (approximately 11,400 euross) and 96,800 yuan (approximately 12,300 euros).
This edition marks an evolution compared to the previous e2, launched in April of the previous year. The most notable difference is in pricing, with a base model carrying a lower price compared to its predecessor.
